Local management for your Dutch trade fair participation, before, during, and after the show, including post-show lead follow-up. Choose remote preparation or full on-site management.

Client gatherings, partner meetings, launches, and team days, managed from first brief to post-event debrief by your dedicated event manager.
Across Europe: trade fairs outside the Netherlands, European retreats, and multi-city roadshows, by bespoke proposal.
Events across EuropeAll prices are starting management fees, excluding VAT and external costs. Final proposals depend on event size, complexity, preparation time, and delivery requirements.
Clear responsibilities
Meidoorn Productions is an event management business. When it's part of the agreed scope, we coordinate the specialist suppliers and additional event staff your event needs, and keep them all working to one plan.
Supplier costs are billed separately from the management fee.

Led by Kaitlin Hawthorne
Founder and lead event manager Kaitlin Hawthorne comes from B2B marketing, where she organized booths and partner events at trade fairs including Solar Solutions Amsterdam, Ambiente, Spoga+Gafa, and the Monaco Yacht Show, as well as a partner event for 200 European resellers, corporate roadshows, and retreats.
That means knowing what an exhibitor needs from a show, and how much work lands on a marketing team when there's no events specialist in-house. Meidoorn Productions exists to take that work on.
